Can you believe it another year has passed! I am finally back online updating for those of you that have been waiting patiently. The truth is apart from my recent time away, last year I was completely flat out with shooting and running tanya o’leary photography which is now “the tanya way photography studio” new name new year and new everything.
I have lots planned this year and will be travelling more with my photography. My main focus over the next two years will be of course childrens, baby and wedding photography. At this stage I will not be participating in Breaking Out. Mount Gambier will be my main base with a new studio opportunity opening in country Victoria soon I will keep you posted with location very soon. I will also be travelling to Adelaide and country Victoria for weddings. So there it is in a nut shell life is great and I look forward to sharing more with you again soon. lots of hugs Tanya

It is believed that the quince long preceded the apple, and that many ancient references to apples were, in fact, references to quince, including the forbidden fruit in the Garden of Eden. Greek mythology associates the quince with Aphrodite, the goddess of love, and many believe that the golden apple given to her by Paris was a quince.

Ancient Greeks associated the quince with fertility, and it played an important role in wedding celebrations where it was offered as a gift, used to sweeten the bride’s breath before entering the bridal chamber, and shared by bride and groom. These associations have resulted in the quince becoming known as the “fruit of love, marriage, and fertility.”

Congratulations Cathy and Rick.  Capturing the love between you both was something that I am truly honored to have been part of.  To be able to create genuine emotion is something that I strive for every single time I use my camera and your wedding was truly heart felt by all that were there sharing your day.  I felt your happiness and I felt your tears my heart filled with such admiration  for the love that you both have for each other.  I deeply thank you for being there with you. lots of love to you both xx Tanya
