Have you missed me! I have been absolutely full steam ahead with so many projects on the go hence the lack of updating our little old website better known as my journal. I thought you may like to see a very recent shoot with Shelby our glorious model braving the elements, myself and of course Vanity and Red Ivie we have such an amazing inspiration for art and creating new ideas together. we really are like little kids in a lolly shop busting to create some magic together. We have so many shoots planned for this year you really won’t want to miss our updates. Alphabet soup is near completion and we have commenced our Breaking Out for this year. A little project I have been working on with Francie Quirk from Tafe SA we both equally had a vision of creating a  house wife feel shoot  from the 1950s,  an era that  I personally adore. Our aim to show  1950s hair styles as women would have looked and how they would have looked while at home.  We both are so  very proud of what we have achieved. With special mentions to our wonderful models thank you for sharing in our vision.  Thank you to Mignon Harris for the wonderful makeup on our simply gorgeous girls.   Our day would not have been the real deal without  the help of Robin and Caroline Weston who kindly supplied their most beautiful bed and breakfast Shurdington’s Cottage in Penola, along with all the wonderful original clothing thank you so very much.  Robin you are such good fun your help on the day was greatly appreciated.

I love photographing cup cakes and I reckon there should be a week dedicated to the good old cup cake.  In fact (which is my  favourite saying at the moment) wouldn’t it be great if we could raise money for a great cause just by making cupcakes?  I wonder what could be achieved?  I personally would love to photograph cupcakes  and raise money for a cause that is not focussed on.  If any one has any suggestions this would be really helpful.  Of course I would need the cupcakes made by beautiful giving people and a donation to the cause decided on.   Food for thought…

I really wanted to share this image  my wonderful friend Carri with my daughter Georgia made these while I was spending my day with Christy and Crouchy at their fabulous wedding.  Check back for some images soon.  I wish everyone a lovely week and enjoy Australia day I know I will be with some great friends, great wine and yummy yiros’s

So great to work with you again Andrea and thank you for giving me the opportunity to create these images with you and Jenna.   Your makeup skills have yet again exceeded expectations of just how good makeup and photography can work together.  Jenna your professional modeling skills have really shown through in our shoot.   Great work.  I look forward to working with you both again one day soon.
